Christine Addo is the People Operations Associate on Supermajority’s operations team. She coordinates and maintains Supermajority’s people systems, communications, and practices to build a just and inclusive culture. Christine’s role helps Supermajority reach its organizational goals by applying Majority Rules to policies and procedures throughout the organization. Christine is passionate about consistently applying the lens of DEI to approaches in the workplace, to help cultivate a healthy and fun work culture for all employees. In her free time, Christine enjoys spending time with family/friends, and working on creative projects such as baking and woodworking.
