Lauren Rangel (she/they) is the Communications Partnerships and Campaigns Manager on the Communications and Marketing Team at Supermajority. In their role at Supermajority Lauren supports the development and execution of communications projects that advance the vision of the Majority Rules. Lauren is thrilled to have the opportunity to support the organization in achieving its goals while centering women of color in leadership. They have 7 years of legislative advocacy and communications experience and recently founded We Got This TX, a 501c3 non-profit aimed at building power among Black, Indigenous, and women of color and breaking down barriers to support them in engaging in the Texas legislative process. They also lead the Texas Campaign Funds for Childcare Coalition. They enjoy down time with their husband and children hiking, swimming, and playing animal crossing or (occasionally) axe throwing.
